Chef Treat and Candace Wilmoth were surprised with the Innovators of the Year award for their outstanding grant, “Meat Me at the Grill – Featuring WHS BBQ Teams.” Their project highlighted the skills and dedication of their students, demonstrating that with the right opportunities, young talent can thrive in a competitive setting. Whitehouse ISD Education Foundation presented a check for $1500.
