TROUP – Summer workout schedules were recently released for the Lady Tigers of Troup.
Workouts are for all incoming seventh-graders through 12th grade.
The first session is June 2-5, the second session June 9-12, a third June session, June 16-19, and another June 23-26.
There will be two sessions in July. The first will be July 7-10, and the second July 14-17.
Each and every workout day is broken down into three categories. Volleyball will workout from 7:30 until 8:30. S and C workouts follow from 8:30 until 10 a.m. before Basketball finishes up the day from 10 until 11 a.m.
A special note to seventh and eighth- graders. In June only, the middle schoolers will workout Mondays and Wednesdays only.
