BULLARD, TX — Bullard High School is expanding its Health Science program thanks to a recent $89,480 grant awarded through the Jobs & Education for Texans (JET) program by the Texas Workforce Commission.

The grant was used to purchase an Anatomage Table, a state-of-the-art tool that offers students interactive 3D experiences in the study of human anatomy and physiology. The new technology is expected to significantly enhance hands-on learning opportunities for students preparing for healthcare-related careers.

Earlier this week, Ross Smith, assistant principal at BHS, attended a ceremonial check presentation hosted by Texas State Technical College in Marshall, where the grant award was formally recognized.

The district expressed its gratitude to the Texas Workforce Commission for investing in the future of Bullard students.

“This grant gives our students access to cutting-edge resources that prepare them for real-world success,” said school officials. “We’re thankful for the support and partnership that makes opportunities like this possible.”
