Bullard, TX – Bullard ISD has announced administrative changes for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. The changes include a new Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction and principal positions at Bullard Middle School and Bullard Early Childhood and Primary Schools.
Jodie Albritton, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction
Mrs. Albritton has been an educator for 25 years, with the past nine years spent in administrative roles within Bullard ISD. In 2016, she served as the assistant curriculum director for the district before becoming the principal of Bullard Intermediate School in 2017 and the principal of Bullard Middle School in 2022. Mrs. Albritton earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, a Master of Educational Administration, and a Superintendent Certification, all from the University of Texas at Tyler, and is a graduate of Bullard ISD.
Nanci Dixon, Principal, Bullard Middle School
Mrs. Dixon began her educational career in Bullard ISD in 2006. She served as a teacher and coach at Bullard Middle School and Bullard High School before becoming the assistant principal at Bullard Intermediate School in 2022. Mrs. Dixon earned a Bachelor of Science in Health/Kinesiology from Texas A&M University – Commerce and a Master of Educational Leadership and Principal Certification from LeTourneau University. She is also a graduate of Bullard ISD.
Monica Ventress, Principal, Bullard Early Childhood and Bullard Primary School
Mrs. Ventress served in teaching and leadership roles at Bullard Middle School from 2006 through 2020. In 2021, she became assistant principal at Bullard Early Childhood. Mrs. Ventress earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tarleton State University, a teaching certification from Tyler Junior College Accelerated Certification for Educators program, and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Lamar University.
