Meet Shelbi Gross On April 21, 2025, Shelbi Gross assumed her new role as Neighborhood Services Officer, having joined the City of Whitehouse in September 2022. With a strong work ethic and a passion for public service, Shelbi has quickly become a trusted and visible presence in our community. She is currently completing field training and has already accomplished a significant milestone by finishing a state-recognized Animal Control Officer course. Her next step? Entering the state-approved City Ordinance Officer program will further enhance her ability to serve the public with professionalism and precision What Does a Neighborhood Services Officer Do?
