Whitehouse ISD kicks off the 2025–26 school year with key dates & resources active now. Families are encouraged to explore the following information to stay prepared and connected. 

Registration & Enrollment

New‑student enrollment and returning‑student verification are now open for next year. Families should complete required steps before the first day of school. Enrollment & Verification


Meet the Teacher Nights

Welcome events allow students and families to familiarize themselves with campuses, teachers, and school routines:

  • Elementary Campuses (Brown, Cain, Higgins, Stanton‑Smith): Thu, Aug. 7, 5–6:30 p.m.

  • Holloway 6th Grade Campus: Mon, Aug. 11, 5–6:30 p.m.

  • Whitehouse Junior High (“Wildcat Welcome”): Wed, Aug. 6, 5:30–7:30 p.m. Includes schedule walkthrough and two parent meetings at 6 & 7 p.m.

  • Whitehouse High School (“Wildcat Welcome” for freshmen & new students): Thu, Aug. 7, 6–7:30 p.m. Freshmen will receive Chromebooks during the first school week.

  • 10th–12th grade students can pick up schedules and Chromebooks on Aug. 7—grade/alpha-specific times will be communicated.

Supply lists are available for all campuses: Stanton‑Smith, Cain, Higgins, Brown, Holloway (6th grade), and Whitehouse Junior High. Families should consult the corresponding list here: School Supply Lists

Immunizations

All students must have required immunizations on file before the first day of school. Refer to Texas Department of State Health Services guidelines and district PDFs: 2025–26 Pre‑K and K–12 Immunization Requirements (English & Español).


Academic Calendar

School Nutrition

Manage cafeteria accounts via SchoolCafe: view menus, add funds (credit/debit/checking), handle free‑and‑reduced meals, receive low‑balance alerts and see purchase history—all in one place. SchoolCafe


Technology & Parent Communication

Whitehouse ISD uses ParentSquare as its main messaging platform. Families should:

  1. Update contact info in Family Access to ensure receipt of messages and e-newsletters.

  2. Download the ParentSquare app to get updates, RSVP to events, sign forms, and reply to teachers.
