City of Arp seeks donations for splash pad project
ARP, Texas — The City of Arp is asking for support from local businesses and organizations to help fund the construction of a community splash pad.
The proposed project would provide children in Arp with a safe, free place to cool off during the summer. City officials said the project is something the community truly needs but cannot be completed without outside contributions.
“Unfortunately, the city cannot fund this project alone,” officials said in a statement. “Without donations, we simply won’t be able to afford it.”
The city is requesting donations from area businesses and community partners. Organizers said every contribution brings them closer to making the splash pad a reality for local families.
