Frankston Independent School District (ISD) teachers Debbie House and Sheila Parrott recently received grant funding through the Texas Public Schools Initiative Program. Michael Johnston of the William Foster Masonic Lodge in Frankston presented the teachers with a $1,500 check in support of their classroom projects.
Ms. Parrott received funding for her project titled “Math You Can Feel,” while Ms. House was awarded support for an early childhood sensory station. Both projects are designed to enhance student learning through hands-on and engaging classroom experiences.
Frankston ISD expressed appreciation to the William Foster Masonic Lodge for its generous support of teachers and students and for helping make innovative educational opportunities possible.
