Event organizers praised every sponsor, donor, friend, and family member who contributed, saying the community’s generosity and encouragement were the keys to making the event a success.“They came. They raced. They brought the chaos—and the costumes,” said one organizer. “We’re so grateful for their energy, heart, and the laughs they gave us all day long.
