More than 60 Bullard ISD student-athletes participated in the first week of the district’s Girls Strength and Conditioning program, kicking off a summer focused on fitness, development, and athletic improvement.
Athletic officials praised the participants for their commitment and dedication, noting that the athletes are investing in their personal growth both on and off the field of competition.
The summer program is designed to help student-athletes improve strength, conditioning, and overall athletic performance while preparing for the upcoming school year and sports seasons.
Bullard Athletics reminded families that participation is limited to students enrolled in Bullard ISD and that all participants must have a current physical examination on file with district athletic trainers.
Officials also noted that students interested in joining the program still have an opportunity to participate in upcoming sessions.
The strong turnout during the opening week reflects the continued enthusiasm and commitment of Bullard student-athletes to their athletic and personal development.
