Troup’s newest business, Cultivated Cowgirl Mahj Co., has officially opened its doors, bringing a unique entertainment and retail experience to the community.
The Troup Police Department joined in welcoming the new business, with several of the department’s newest officers stopping by to congratulate the owners and wish them success as they begin operations.
Cultivated Cowgirl Mahj Co. is East Texas’ first dedicated mahjong studio and retail store, offering a space for players to gather, learn, and enjoy the increasingly popular tile-based game. The business also features mahjong-related products, events, classes, and private gatherings.
Police officials said they are always encouraged to see new businesses invest in Troup and contribute to the city’s continued growth and economic development.
Community members are encouraged to stop by, support the new business, and help welcome another local entrepreneur to Troup.
The opening marks another addition to Troup’s growing business community and provides residents and visitors with a new recreational destination in East Texas.
